Scientific and methodological support of the Targeted Comprehensive City Program “Culture of the Capital: 2022 - 2024”
Within the framework of the Program the analysis of the cultural and art institutions condition was performed together with the analyses of the situation in the cultural sphere in general, taking into account those changes that occurred due to the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, and the changes to the Targeted Comprehensive City Program “Culture of the Capital: 2022-2024” were elaborated.

Development of the draft Targeted Comprehensive City Program “Culture of the Capital: 2022-2024
Ensuring the conditions for Kyiv sustainable development by implementing strategic goals in the development of the capital’s culture, including the preservation and development of cultural institutions, revival of spiritual traditions, increasing accessibility and expanding the range of cultural services for different groups of community members, supporting the diversity of creative activities and creative industries, and promoting successful integration of Ukrainian culture into the European and global cultural space.
Development of the Methodology for Allocating Budget Expenditures for Financial Support to Theater and Concert Institutions
The purpose of the work performed is to develop a methodology for allocating expenditures, taking into account the criteria that affect functioning of a theater/concert institution. Conducting an inventory of the performance indicators system based on the passports of individual budget programs in the field of financial support for cultural institutions, making proposals for improving their amount.
PERSPECTIVE DEVELOPMENTS
Modification, improvement and maintenance of the information system “Register of Religious Organizations”
Modification, improvement and maintenance of the electronic database of religious organizations in Kyiv with further posting in the public domain on the Internet.
The work will include: modification of the information system database structure, software development, enlargement of the information fund, system and technological support of the system.
