In order to implement the scientific research work “Development of a communication model for healthcare institutions of different subordination to increase the efficiency of medical interaction”, a working meeting was held with the participation of the Kyiv City Health Department and heads of primary health care centers of the city.

The focus of our joint work is two key areas that directly affect the quality of medical services for Kyiv residents.

The first is the development of an effective communication model between healthcare institutions of different subordination. It is not just about the exchange of information, but about creating a clear, coordinated system of interaction, where the patient does not get lost between the levels of medical care, but receives continuous and timely support. Coordinated routes, rapid data exchange and a common understanding of processes are the basis of a modern medical system.

The second area is the formation of indicators of the quality of primary health care. We strive to move away from formal indicators to real, measurable criteria that reflect the quality of service, accessibility of services and patient satisfaction. This will allow not only to evaluate the work of institutions, but also to systematically increase its efficiency.
