Director of the Municipal scientific research institute “Scientific research institute of socio-economic development of the city” Mr. S. Pavlovskyi took part in a meeting of the city competition commission to determine projects of public associations that will receive financial support from the Kyiv budget in 2026.

Mr. S. Pavlovskyi: “As the director of the Municipal scientific research institute “Scientific research institute of socio-economic development of the city” and a member of the commission, I would like to note the high level of the submitted initiatives and their deep social focus. These are projects that not only respond to current challenges, but also form a sustainable, inclusive and cohesive urban environment.”

This year, the winners were determined in important areas:

support for public associations of war veterans and people with disabilities;

ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men;

initiatives of public associations of Kyiv residents – Defenders of Ukraine, family members of fallen Heroes and people with disabilities as a result of the war.

It is especially valuable that each of the selected projects has a clear practical component – from rehabilitation and psychological support to educational programs and community development.

Financing these initiatives in 2026 is an investment in people, trust and the future of Kyiv.
