The purpose of the present draft development is to form a program document for the development of Kyiv transport infrastructure as the transport industry basis for 2024-2025 and new transport policy implementation, which is based on the principles of sustainable urban mobility as one of the main components of the city effective functioning.

The development of the Targeted City Program on Transport Infrastructure Development for 2024-2025 includes a set of interrelated tasks and measures aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2025 in terms of transport sector development, during the period of martial law in particular.
