Creation of an up-to-date information environment based on modern information technologies to ensure the analysis of financial and economic performance indicators of enterprises, organizations and institutions of municipal property of the Kyiv territorial community.

Within the framework of the abovementioned activity, information support of the ICS “Balance” was provided, its modification was made, ICS “Balance” web application software  was developed, amendments and additions to the general characteristics of individual municipal property objects in the Register of Communal Property Enterprises of Kyiv City were carried out; advisory, system and technological support of the ICS “Balance” and the ICS “Balance” web application was provided,  ensuring software complex continuous operation.

During 2023, a new software product – ICS “Balance” web application – was introduced into the work of the Kyiv City Municipal Property Department. ICS “Balance” web application allows to perform a full range of financial plans processing and submission of financial statements of enterprises, institutions and organizations of municipal property of the Kyiv territorial community from the stage of its creation to the stage of its agreement and approval.
