The research focused on assessing the effectiveness of the measures outlined in the Comprehensive Kyiv City Target Program aimed at promoting the development of entrepreneurship, industry, and the consumer market for the years 2019-2022.
The overall aim of the work is to enhance the competitiveness of the economy in Kyiv by ensuring the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of processes that create a favorable business environment. It also aims to stimulate innovation-oriented development in the production and technological potential of Kyiv’s industry and meet consumer needs for various goods and services at the European level.
Informational, Systematic, and Technological Support and Enhancement of the Functional Capabilities of the Information System “Industry and Science of the City of Kyiv”
The “Industry and Science” Information System is a relevant informational environment for analyzing the state and trends of development in the scientific, technical, and industrial potential of the city.
The implementation of the system will contribute to the popularization of science and production in the capital, the development of urban cooperation, the establishment of economic and production relations between industrial enterprises, the establishment of communication with the city authorities, and the support of the industrial complex of Kyiv in the promotion of its products in domestic and international markets.

Recommendations for the Development of the Processing Sector in the Capital to Enhance Food Security
Identifying ways to stimulate the further development of the city’s processing sector within the context of enhancing the capital’s food security.
Development of a roadmap for creating an ecosystem for the functioning of social entrepreneurship in Kyiv, considering the peculiarities of wartime conditions and their consequences.
Methodological justification and scientific development of approaches to the main directions of activities for the formation of a sustainable ecosystem for the development and networking of social entrepreneurship in Kyiv, with the participation of all key stakeholders, in accordance with the “Policy Tool for Social Enterprise Improvement” proposed by the European Union. Conditions of wartime and its consequences should be considered.
