The aim of the work performed is to establish a methodology for distributing expenditures considering criteria that influence the operation of general secondary education institutions and ensure the functioning of the educational process. This involves conducting an inventory of the system of performance indicators based on individual budget program descriptions in the field of general secondary education and making suggestions for improving their list.
