We have started cooperation within the framework of the Kyiv Scientific and Innovative Cluster between the Municipal scientific research institute “Scientific research institute of socio-economic development of the city” and the Kyiv City Youth Council.

This decision has a clear practical goal – to systematically involve students of the capital’s higher education institutions in the formation and implementation of the city’s innovation policy. We strive to create working mechanisms to support youth initiatives in the fields of science, technology and entrepreneurship.

Key areas of cooperation:

participation of youth in the development of city innovation programs;

launch of joint pilot projects;

regular dialogue between youth, experts and city authorities;

support for educational and scientific and practical initiatives.

A separate focus is on implementation: from idea to implementation in city services and infrastructure.

This will ensure:

new solutions for city development;

improving the quality of management decisions;

strengthening the role of youth in city processes. I am convinced that systematic work with youth is a strategic investment in the vitality of the city. Partnership with youth in the development of the capital contributes to progress and makes Kyiv lively, active and competitive.
