The collective monograph explores a wide range of issues of development of the socio-economic system of the city, urban areas, summarizes interdisciplinary aspects of modern transformation processes in society. The main problems, trends, prospects and directions of shifts in society as a result of changing paradigms of urban area development are identified and characterized.The theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the digital services market, social entrepreneurship, investment and innovative development of industry, public health and education systems were investigated. Prospective directions of formation of the city’s economy in the globalized space are substantiated. The objective logic of changing development paradigms as a result of information and communication and structural shifts in society is revealed, which affects the transformation of technical and technological, socio-economic, political and legal, state, educational and cultural reality, determines a new dimension of modern social processes.
