The objective of this development is creation of a program document for the development of the transport infrastructure in Kyiv as the foundation of the transportation sector’s activities for 2024-2025. It aims to introduce a new transport policy based on the principles of sustainable urban mobility as one of the main components of effective urban functionality.

The development of the City Target Program for Transport Infrastructure Development for 2024-2025 includes a set of interrelated tasks and measures designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2025, particularly in the development of the transportation sector, even during a state of war.
