The creation of a current information environment based on modern information technologies to ensure the analysis of financial and economic indicators of enterprises, organizations, and institutions in the communal property of the territorial community of Kyiv.

Within the scope of this work, informational support for ICS ‘Balance’ has been provided, including its modification, the development of software for the WEB application ICS ‘Balance,’ making changes and additions to the general characteristics of specific communal property objects in the Register of communal enterprises in Kyiv, advisory support for the operation of ICS ‘Balance’ and the WEB application ICS ‘Balance,’ systematic and technological support, and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the software complex.

Throughout 2023, the Department of Communal Property of Kyiv introduced a new software product – the WEB application ICS ‘Balance.’ The application ICS ‘Balance’ allows the complete processing of financial plans and financial reporting submission by enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the communal property of the territorial community of Kyiv, from creation to coordination and approval.
