Current Joint Project
Active work is being carried out for the implementation of a joint project called ‘Developing Kyiv Together.’ Its main goal is to involve the city’s residents in evaluating the quality of administrative services by collecting comments and suggestions through a Telegram bot.

Methodological support for the implementation of the performance assessment system for the Centers for Administrative Services in district state administrations within the city of Kyiv, including the development of proposals for improving the quality of provided services
КНДУ “НДІРоМ” з 2017 року активно співпрацює з центрами надання адміністративних послуг шляхом надання методичних рекомендацій, приймає участь у проведенні оцінювання діяльності Центрів надання адміністративних послуг районних в місті Києві державних адміністрацій шляхом застосування розробленої системи оцінювання.
Evaluation of service quality for visitors of the Centers of Administrative Services Provision in the city of Kyiv and the identification of priority areas for improvement through sociological methods.
Research on existing practices and the search for objective and optimal ways to assess the quality of administrative services provided by the Centers for Administrative Services in the city of Kyiv is conducted on a regular basis. Development of assessment tools for the quality of services provided by the Centers for Administrative Services in the city of Kyiv, based on surveys of public opinion from consumers of these services. Development of a methodology and standardized criteria (indicators, indices) for the sociological assessment of the quality of administrative services provided by the Centers for Administrative Services in the city of Kyiv and the implementation of the assessment methodology for administrative services in the city of Kyiv.
